Beachmont Day Camp Scholarship

The Beachmont Christian Day Camp Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial assistance to campers who would otherwise be unable to attend camp.

We will attempt to give financial aid to each family that has a demonstrated financial need.

The Board of Directors will review the applications and make a determination for the applied scholarship based on available funds and your ability to satisfy the criteria of the guidelines. The camp director or office staff will not make the final decision.

    1. A scholarship may only be applied to one session per camper per summer.

    2. The Day Camp Scholarship Fund does not cover the non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per child.

    3. After the deposit is paid for each child and if a Day Camp Scholarship is approved, funds will be awarded as partial or full scholarship depending on the financial need and scholarship funds available. 

    1. Register your child(ren) online and submit a deposit of $75.00 per child.

    2. Complete the '2026 Day Camp Scholarship Fund Application’.

    3. Mail to Beachmont, c/o Pamela Badders, the:
      a. Completed scholarship application
      b. Copy of 2024 Tax Form 1040/1040A/W2 (for ALL household income)
      c. Copy of 2025 Tax Form 1040/1040A/W2 (for ALL household income)

  • The application deadline is April 1, 2026. ALL required information must be submitted to be considered for a scholarship.

    We will notify you by April 20, 2026 regarding the status of your scholarship. In the event you are not granted a scholarship and you choose not to attend for this reason, your deposit will be refunded to you.

Angel Tree Scholarship

  • Beachmont is a partner of Angel Tree Prison Fellowship.

    Learn more about what they do and how they partner with churches around the country, HERE.

    • Participants must be an Angel Tree Christmas Participant.

    • Participants must be between the ages of 5-13.

    • There is only 1 scholarship per child per summer.

    • A non-refundable deposit of $25 dollars is required for Mini Sessions (1 week of camp) and $50 for Main Sessions (2 weeks).

    • Lunch is included in the scholarship, but packing additional snacks and water is recommended.
