Looking for a place to hold a team retreat, a birthday party or group event, a church gathering, or a client meeting? Beachmont’s facilities offer all of the modern amenities you need, in a beautiful, quiet, convenient location! All meeting spaces have bathroom and WiFi access.

Gymnasium
The Beachmont Gymnasium has basketball hoops, volleyball nets, bleachers, and, most importantly, plenty of space for activities!
Rental Information: $125 per hour, minimum of two hours required.
Lower Campus
Beachmont’s Lower Campus is a beautiful outdoor location, perfect for church gatherings, family get-togethers, birthday parties, and much, much more. The Lower Campus rental includes access to:
The Pool and Bathhouse (in-season only, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day),
The Pavilion (which seats up to 250 people),
Grills (bring your own charcoal),
2 outdoor sand volleyball pits,
The fishing pond (catch and release only),
The playground,
A gaga pit,
Outdoor basketball courts,
Access to the outdoor chapel (which seats 200+ people),
And access to various hiking trails.
Rental Information:
In-Season (Pool Open) Weekdays: $850 deposit is required, with a maximum rental of 4 hours, and a total of 3 hours of the pool. The deposit covers up to 50 guests, and any additional guests over 50 will be an additional $8 per person.
Weekday Availability: 9 a.m to 10 p.m. (with the pool open for 3 hours total).
In-Season (Pool Open) Weekends: $1,250 deposit is required, with a maximum rental of 5 hours, and a total of 4 hours of the pool. The deposit covers 100 guests, and any additional guests over 100 will be an additional $8 per person.
Saturday Availability: 11 a.m to 4 p.m. (with the pool open from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), or 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (with the pool open from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.)
Sunday Availability: 12 p.m to 8 p.m. (with the pool open for 4 hours total).
Off-Season (Pool Closed): $400 deposit is required, with a maximum rental of 4 hours. The deposit covers up to 50 guests, and any additional guests over 50 will be an additional $8 per person.
Off-Season Availability: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
